I don't know about you, but I'm still settling into the school day routine all over again. It's hit me hard this year. But, I decided to take them a step further from snacking today to include them in this Cocoa Banana Cherry Power Bowl!
Coco-Roons are the original superfood cookie. The list of their amazingly wholesome qualities is staggering - even to me. Are you ready?! Ok. Here goes. 3 Sejoyia Brownie Coco-Roons
1/4 C. Reduced Fat Granola
1/2 Small Banana
2 Tbsp. Coconut Chips
2 Tbsp. Pecans
1 Tbsp. Dried Cherries
1/2 Tsp. Chia Seeds
1/2 Tsp. Bee Pollen
Toss everything together in a bowl and enjoy!
Add some milk to greek yogurt to bring it all together or munch on it like a trail mix.
