The holidays are fast approaching, which means plenty of friends and family coming and going with the hustle and bustle that this time of year only adds to our already busy everyday lives. That's why I love to be readily prepared with simple and easy recipes that are versatile in the sense that they could be used as an appetizer or made into a light meal.
These Baked Mexican Meatballs are not only more wholesome, being made with a lean ground turkey, but are also full of flavor. They are perfectly popable, dipable, and dunkable as a one bite appetizer or can be used creatively to incorporate into a meal!
I made these meatballs using a lean ground turkey, and just a handful of spices (which you likely already have in your pantry), and a few fresh produce staples like green onions and cilantro.
One of my favorite dips for these meatballs is the new WHOLLY® SIMPLY AVOCADO™. It's a wholesome avocado dip or spread with just a few flavor-enhancing ingredients. I love how convenient these SIMPLY AVOCADO™ dips and spreads are, giving me the that great avocado taste without all the hassle.
Let's face it, if I had a dollar for every avocado I bought that was not yet ripe, too ripe, or unusable... I'd be at least a hundredaire. SIMPLY AVOCADO™ solves that issue and creates happiness with its deliciousness and convenience. That's the Happiness of WHOLLY®.
