Week 6 Check In!
Well, it's official - the total number of pounds lost during this 6 Week "Get Forking Skinny" Meal Plan is 8! Not too shabby, though I still plan to lose a few more.
It has been a fun experience and pretty-much painless. I have found a few favorites that I will continue with as my go-to breakfasts and lunches and will still experiment with other Skinny Fork recipes for dinner.
I think my favorite breakfast has to be the Lighter Eggs in a Basket along with my "Healthified" version of a cafe mocha. For lunch, my favorites are the Bistro Boxes and Rainbow Detox Salad.
I am totally sold on this healthier way of eating and feel that it is definitely something I can live with. I decided to do my final weigh-in today (Valentine's Day) because I definitely plan to eat some bad things at dinner tonight with my Sweetie! Then, it's back in the saddle to finish my journey.
I hope others have had success with this eating plan and would love to hear about their "Forking" experiences.
