Pull-Apart Pizza Bread (Bread Machine)
I was able to get my hands on some more yeast, and being as we’re still being careful with the ‘when and how often’ we’re leaving the house… I’m getting a lot of use out of my bread machine. In this house, we have a few things that are in the general rotation for dinners. On Tuesdays we eat tacos. On Saturday I like to make vegetarian sushi. And on Fridays? We like to eat pizza!
To keep things a little different, I thought I would use my idea from a few weeks ago for pull-apart bread, but turn it into pizza bread! So instead of butter and garlic, I loaded the layers of bread up with plenty of sauce, cheese, and our favorite pizza toppings.
Being as my kiddo isn’t a fan of the same pizza toppings as the rest of us, she got her own little mini loaf. How does a kid like black olives and mushrooms but not pepperoni? Either way! This Pull-Apart Pizza Bread turned out great. There isn’t a whole lot to do with lightening up this bread since it’s made with minimal ingredients.
I topped ours with just pepperoni. But you can use whatever pizza toppings you enjoy; sausage, bell peppers, onions, pineapple, etc. The sky is the limit here!
