Hot Sh!t Seasoning

Back in June (wait really? I’ve really lost all sense of time and space…) I made these awesome Skinny Baked Garlic Parmesan Boneless Chicken Wings. And the seasoning mix that I put with it was just so damn amazing that I've kept it in my spice rack ever since. Yes, it’s really that good.

This seasoning goes on everything. I’ve used it to season meat, dough, pasta, salad dressings, etc. The list goes on and on. The blend itself is a little Italian, but with a spicy kick to it. It’s simple, easy to make, and truly one of my favorite spice mixes that I’ve come across yet.

In fact! This spice mix is SO MUCH a favorite of mine that, not only is it in my spice rack, it’s in the ‘everyday essential’ part along with salt and pepper. And if that doesn’t tell you how amazing it is, I don’t know what will!

I only tend to use 2 teaspoons of the red pepper flakes, but I have a lot of sensitive mouths in my house. If you can take the heat, add another teaspoon or two to the mix.
