Hawaiian Lunchbox

So back about a week ago when I was off on my ‘girls camping trip’ we all stopped by a local grocery store there. They happened to be handing out samples of some new ‘aloha turkey’ in the deli section which you KNOW I immediately fell in love with. I knew pretty much instantly that I was going to have to get my hands on some of that turkey once I got home and to make something fun with it.

There you go! That’s the inspiration behind this Hawaiian Lunchbox!

I kept this Hawaiian Lunchbox light with a base of a chopped kale salad that was mixed with some carrots and cabbage. After that I piled on some fresh pineapple, sugar span peas, and of course… the Hawaiian inspired turkey!

With a drizzle of sesame dressing and some crispy crunchy toppings, this Hawaiian Lunchbox is definitely one of my new favorite meal prep lunches. It’s quick and easy to make while also being absolutely delicious. With just a few simple ingredients.

With just under 200 calories, this lunchbox is good to go and will power you through the rest of your day. It’s good stuff here people.

I ate mine as more of a salad, but you could also get away with making some wraps with the deli turkey!
