Garlic Parmesan Air Fried Chickpeas

Plus they take hardly any effort to make and have a big bold POP of flavor. The air fryer perfectly cooks them up so that they’re just a little soft on the inside and have a crispy cheese crunch on the outside.
For these Garlic Parmesan Air Fried Chickpeas, I used my own homemade seasoning blend and some parmesan cheese. Yep, really that’s all you need to make these other than a little bit of oil. Just 4 ingredients to a healthy snack that anyone can enjoy.
Being as these have so few ingredients, there isn’t really much you can do to make them any more health conscious than they already are. The parmesan and the herb blend are really what make these chickpeas stand out. When I say they pack a punch of flavor, I mean it!
These can be made ahead and snacked on over a few days. Though I would probably suggest keeping them stored in the fridge if you don’t eat them all in one go. They do loose just a little bit of their crunch if not eaten on the same day too.
