Club Wrap

I’m busy. You’re busy. We’re all busy right now! The Holidays are hot on our heels and it’s a mad dash to the finish line by now. With being a bit under the weather for this past week, I’ve been doing my very best (yet still failing more than once) to feed the house. With that being said, I got wise halfway through the week and started to meal-prep most of the meals.

This Club Wrap is one of my current favorite lunches. It’s a quick bite that’s light, full of flavor, and perfect for grab-in-go situations. In all honesty, I based this wrap off of one that my mom and I shared a few weeks ago after a long and exhausting trip to the grocery store.

We’re lucky enough here that our local grocer carries an extensive selection of grab-and-go meals that are rather health conscious. I was a bit skeptical because… wraps aren’t usually a favorite of mine. I’d almost always rather have bread than a tortilla or wrap, but in this case it’s the other way.

This wrap is loaded with all the things you’ll find in a club sandwich, but it’s handy and portable with being all wrapped up, instead of between slices of bread. If you wanted, you could even slice them into pinwheels to make this wrap into popable bites instead!

If you’re looking for a good lunch meal-prep idea, or just a quick bite then this Club Wrap is perfect. If made ahead, it can last for 3-5 days in the fridge.

I didn’t find that I needed to pair mine with anything, but a pickle or some baked chips would make this twist on a classic a perfect little meal.
