Apple Carrot Ginger Juice

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Dr. Axe - Food Is Medicine. The opinions and text are all mine.

I've been obsessed with this cold pressed juice bar down the street from me all summer long. It's an expensive habit and a hard one to break. However, when trying to cut back on spending and not on my health... the juice is the first thing to replace!

That's why I have been working for a couple of weeks now on perfecting my own homemade version of my favorite from the juice bar. Not only that, but I gave it a boost of even more benefits.

To give this already wholesome juice blend an added boost, I added in Dr. Axe Multi Collagen Protein. It's a super versatile protein powder that is easily mixed into almost any drink with some of my favorites being straight into my coffee in the morning or instances like here in this juice! Don't worry, it's flavorless so you'll never know it's there if you blend it in with almost anything (with the exception of water.)

You can learn more and buy the Dr. Axe Multi Collagen on their website.

The rest of his juice is made straight from fresh vegetables and fruits. We're talking apple, carrot, and ginger - oh, my! It's all good stuff. All clean stuff. All things that you're body needs and wants.

The taste of this juice is on point. It's almost exactly like my favorite from my local juice bar, only it's loaded up with even more goodness! It's perfectly refreshing with just a little kick in the seat from that added ginger root.

Yum! I could drink this stuff every single day and never get tired of it for a second.
