Healthified Baked Basil Mozzarella Sticks
These healthified baked basil mozzarella sticks are super easy and tasty! A serving of two is less than 75 calories, and this recipe is so versatile, the possibilities are endless! I can't wait to try a cheddar and jalapeño version.
Dip these in marinara, like you would cheese sticks, or serve as a side to this Skinny Tomato Basil Soup in place of a grilled cheese.
Unlike other cheese stick recipes, this one requires no cheese-freezing and hardly and prep time. Just roll and bake!
