Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Yogurt
Tomorrow is National Peanut Butter Lover's Day, and boy do I know some peanut butter lovers!
After a long breakfast-less morning at the store with the little one, putting the groceries away, and prepping dinner... I was running on empty by lunch time. What better to perk me up than a nice bowl full of protein?
There is something special that happens when you add peanut butter to vanilla greek yogurt. The tang of the yogurt and the sweetness of the peanut butter together takes on this totally different flavor, that is surprisingly similar to cookie dough.
Oh, and did I mention that this is just as wonderful, if not better, as a frozen treat!
