One of my family's #warmtraditions for Thanksgiving and Christmas both is for us all to stay over at one house the night before so we can wake up together for the holiday and enjoy our time together from the moment our eyes peek open.
Over the past few years as the get-togethers have been hosted at my home for the most part, I've made sure to have a nice warm breakfast on the table the morning after our little sleep-over. I always like to make something simple, warm, wholesome and easy to do.
This breakfast or brunch bake is an all in one casserole style dish that's full of eggs, cheese, onion, meat and even some Grands!® biscuits! Yes, the biscuits are baked right into the 'casserole' for an all inclusive meal-in-one.
With just about six ingredients and a few minutes of preparation you can set and forget this dish for a perfectly easy meal that's sure to satisfy and impress even the pickiest of eaters!
To lighten this tradition up, I used egg whites, fat free cheese, and the Homestyle Reduced Fat Golden Wheat Grands!® Biscuits; which were light, fluffy, and just sweet enough to contrast the savory aspect of the rest of the ingredients.
As you can see, mine sort of ended up layering itself in the baking process, leaving the egg on the bottom, the biscuits in the middle, and the cheese, onions and meat on the top with the green onions.
You could really make up the egg mixture the night before (omitting the cheese), to have nearly ready to toss together and into the oven the next day, leaving plenty of time for friends, family and other holiday traditions - new and/or old!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly coat the inside of an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
Open the biscuits according to the package and place them into the bottom of the prepared dish.
I was able to get everything that I needed from my local Walmart in one quick and simple trip!
Whisk together the eggs, egg whites, onion, Canadian bacon, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the tops of the biscuits and top with most of the green onions.
Place the dish into the oven and bake it for about 50-60 minutes.
Remove from the oven once done and allow to cool before cutting into 9 even pieces.
Top with a few more green onions if desired and enjoy!
I topped mine with a drizzle of hot sauce for an extra kick.
